Join me as we’ll be exploring basic yoga movements & alignments. I’ll be giving step by step instructions moving with the breath while assisting in correct posture. I’ll also be giving a brief overview of some other limbs of yoga and how to incorporate them in your daily lifestyle. This is a beginner friendly class open to all adults and children over the age of ten.
*Please bring a yoga mat, journal & writing utensil to take notes if you’d like. Light refreshments will be provided.*
