So often in our daily lives, we push forward without taking the time to reflect. Resolutions are created at the beginning of the year but often forgotten as the year becomes busier. This workshop will aim to encourage women to slow down and set intentions for the remainder of the year. The 75 minute yoga class will be accompanied by a 45 minute affirmation workshop where attendees will learn the basic of affirmations. This workshop was created by two black women with the objective of empowering women to take control of their lives through positive words & movement.
*Please bring a yoga mat & water. Journal and writing utensil is also suggested for affirmation portion.
